As its name suggests, this tool provides both an audio joiner and an audio cutter in one. The program is designed to yield high-quality results in MP3 format. However, multiple popular audio formats are also supported for the input and available for both functions. Those formats include MP3, WAV, WMA, Ogg, AAC, AC3, and more. The program was designed to be easy to use, and it does not include complicated features.
This tool allows you to toggle between the cutter and the joiner very easily, thanks to a simple tabbed system. Both functions share the lion part of the main window. When using the cutter function, you can add a source audio file only, which will be automatically played back in the program’s audio player. Two special controls allow you to set the desired start and end points as you listen to the track. However, you can also modify those points manually, which are saved in the "hh:mm:ss:fff" format. This allows you to define them with millisecond precision to ensure fully accurate results. Unfortunately, the program does not allow you to extract multiple sections from an audio file at once.
The joiner, on the other hand, allows you to add multiple source audio files to your joining list. Those files may be in different formats, though the output will always be an MP3 file. This function also offers a "Setting" button, which allows you to tweak the output bit rate, the sample rate, and the number of channels. more
