This application is an easy solution for cutting and, respectively joining audio files. The resulting file is automatically converted into MP3 format.
The program comes with a plain and easy-to-use interface, conveniently structured in two modules corresponding to the tasks mentioned above. As an audio cutter, this utility lets you easily extract a section of a big file and save it with an .mp3 extension. Once the audio file is added to the working panel, the song starts playing automatically, so that you could listen and determine the piece you want to keep. The accuracy of setting the start and the end points of a fragment is high, the order of milliseconds. Visually, the portion selected to be cut is differently colored within the waveform graph displayed by default. The moment the time parameters are set, you have the ability to preview the selection by means of an embedded audio player. Next you simply set the path for saving the target file and start the cutting process. Unfortunately, you can't extract several parts of a file at once; for each selection you need to go with the procedure all over again.

The second module is designed for joining multiple audio files into one. The merging process is even easier; you just add the tracks you want to join, adjust some parameters like bit rate and sample rate, and press the joining button. You will get yourself with a new file that you can listen to uninterrupted.

With this program, both the cutting and the joining procedures are tasks easy to carry out. The app provides basic features, so that you could play the results in no time.
